Join us for yoga and happy hour at the World of Whirlpool! Feel lighter and less weighed down in a mindful movement session by our partners at EAT STRETCH NAP and learn how to make seasonal, healthy snacks and drinks that help aid digestion. Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat! Beginners welcome!

  • 45 min. Yoga session led by Cat Aldana with EAT STRETCH NAP
