Join Hannah Bronfman for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and community. Together, you’ll take BODY WORSHIP, created by Mel Safford, a body-positive cardio dance experience that incorporates lead-and-follow choreography and promises a good sweat. Immediately following, Bronfman will sit down to share the health and wellness journey that led her to Do What Feels Good.
We’ll close out the morning with a book signing.
