In this intimate, two-hour EAT STRETCH NAP™ Workshop, you’ll tap into the qi or life-force of your body, mind and spirit through movements designed to activate your meridians, also known as energy pathways. The meridians are a bridge between your mind and body.

When this connection is strong - you’re intuitive, confident + feel good! Your energy channels weaken when you feel like your schedule stresses you out, you’re sitting at a desk hunched over all the time, or eating out too much...or maybe you’re recovering from a break-up and your heartlines need to be nourished and re-opened. Whatever the cause of your imbalance, this workshop rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine will help you feel more connected and inspired.
