Panel guests including YumUniverse's own Heather Crosby, Giselle Wasfie of Remix Acupuncture and Remix Lifestyle, Cat Aldana of EAT STRETCH NAP, and Alma Omeralovic of Chill Chicago Meditation. Expect an enlightening discussion on female entrepreneurship in the wellness sphere and self-care in the midst of hustle moderated by Rose Truesdale. The panel will close with a guided meditation for us all to reflect on what we learned.
